Generally, the lease printing fee will be paid half by the landlord and the tenant. However, we will provide the tenant with the full cost of printing.

The general lease terms in the market are in the form of “one-year contract, one-year contract”, but our lease term is more flexible. Although it is generally “one-year contract, one-year contract”, we also accept one month, two months, three months. Monthly and other formats allow tenants to be more flexible in arranging accommodation arrangements.

After signing the lease, we usually arrange for printing.

If the tenant wants to renew the lease, please inform us in the WhatsApp group or by letter or email as soon as possible, and we will be happy to serve and arrange it for you!

If the lease has a termination clause, such as giving one month’s notice to terminate the lease, the landlord or tenant can terminate the lease first and then negotiate a new rent. If the negotiation between the two parties is unsuccessful, the owner or tenant needs to return/take back the property according to the release clause.

The role of the deposit is to ensure that the tenant can fulfill the commitments in the lease. When the tenant checks out, if the unit is not cleaned or involves human damage, we will usually refund it in the form of bank credit within seven working days.

“Natural wear and tear” refers to the non-human damage to the internal structure, furniture and electrical appliances of the unit, such as normal aging, rust, wind and rain erosion and other losses. However, man-made stains on furniture and mattresses are not natural wear and tear and should be defined as “man-made wear and tear”.
